I finally received a satisfactory answer to my problems with Agile Messenger. They gave me three free months, and have talked to my provider (I don’t know whether they talked to the SMS service provider or to E-Plus) and that I won’t be charged for the SMS. Here is the entire mail:
Last Friday, Agile Messenger support replied to my complaints. They more or less suggested to forget about the EUR 9,97 I already spent and pay another EUR 19,95. Here is their mail, and my answer, as well as a mail I sent to mblox.com, the payment provider that Agile Mobile uses.
I installed Agile Messenger on my Nokia 6680 and found it’s OK. After a 15-day trial, Agile Messenger offers two choices: you can either be charged by a monthly premium SMS, each EUR 2,99 or you can pay by Credit Card, EUR 19,99 once and you’re done.
